BBK-owned smartphone brand Realme has been known to be working on launching its first smart TV in the country since a while now. The latest development on this front is that the alleged TV has recently received certification from Google.

This was alleged by twitter account ‘Android TV guide.’ As per the tweet, the upcoming Realme TV comes by a code-name ‘ikebukuro’ and will reportedly be powered by MStar T16 processor. The tweet also claims that the TV will be made by a China-based TV manufacturer ChangHong.

There is still no word on the launch date or the official name of the upcoming Realme TV as of now. Earlier this month, the alleged Realme TV was spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification website according to which the

As per the Bluetooth SIG listing, the upcoming device may be launched in two screen sizes — 32-inch and 43-inch. Both the variants are said to come with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity support as suggested by the TV remote control certification.

Meanwhile, the company has extended the warranty on its existing phones to June 30. This is the second time that the company has extended warranty on Realme devices. The warranty was extended in March this year till May 31.

Recently, the company once again postponed the Narzo series
