samsung one ui 2: Samsung One UI 2 Android 10 update delayed
Samsung has delayed the One UI 2 Android 10 update in India due to lockdown in the country. The company has revealed through a message on its Members App. Many Samsung phones and tablets were scheduled to receive the Android 10 based One UI 10 update. These include Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+, the Galaxy A9 (2018), A8 Star, A10, A10s, A20, A30s, A70, Galaxy Fold, and the Galaxy Tab S6 tablet.

“Hi Samsung Members..With the government’s mandate to observe complete lockdown, we are experiencing a slight delay at out end to bring you One UI 2 updates. Please be assured that we are doing our best to release the update as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we request you to please bear with us. In case you have any queries or concerns, click here https://bit.ly/2wPfyRI or reach out to us through Samsung Members App (Get Help – Send feedback), [sic.]” says the message received in the Members app.

In other news, many users of Samsung Galaxy Buds reported connectivity issue after receiving the latest update. According to a report by SamMobile, several users posted on social media and Samsung’s official forum about the connectivity issues after the update. These included irresponsive gesture controls, unstable ambient sound mode. While some users reported inconsistency in sound output as well. Some users even reported about the complete failure of the left earbud after the update.

The entire problem is a part of the recently released firmware build R170XXU0ATD2 for Galaxy Buds with which Samsung was planning to bring some latest and greatest Buds+ feature to old devices. For those unaware, Samsung rolled out the update earlier this week that brings features like Microsoft Swift pairing, improved ambient sound mode and ability to resume the playback from the popular music apps.
